Who We Are
My name is Meenakshi Mahajan and I am the owner and operator of Carebears Family Daycare. Kids love to call me Aish.
My family and I migrated from India in 2015. Whilst living in India I worked as a Fine Arts Teacher in a High school for over 15 years.
I am a professional artist and have held numerous art exhibitions both in India and Australia. In recent years, I have worked in Centre based services and gained experience and formal qualifications in Early Childhood Education And Development.
My focus is always on the wellbeing of every child and their family. I am also qualified to provide Respite Care to children with special needs as I have a special interest and skills in this area too. (Contact me for more details).
From my experience both as a teacher and a parent, I can confidently provide children with a safe and creative learning environment as well providing high quality service and care for every child and their family.
My husband is very supportive of my work as a family Day Care Educator. We have two children of our own. My son is an Apprentice chef and my daughter attends Primary School.
